Authorization to Book: You confirm that you are aware of and authorize Tourtastic Travels by Tyler to make travel arrangements on your behalf, including but not limited to flights, cruises, accommodations, and other travel-related services.

Accuracy of Information: You certify that all information provided is accurate and complete. Any errors in personal details, travel dates, or preferences are your responsibility, and changes may be subject to additional fees.

Payment & Fees: You understand that any deposits, payments, or service fees required to secure your booking must be paid as per the outlined payment schedule. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation or additional charges.

Cancellation & Refunds: All bookings are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective travel suppliers (airlines, cruise lines, hotels, etc.). Tourtastic Travels is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties or non-refundable payments.

Travel Documents & Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other necessary travel documents. Failure to obtain the required documents may result in denied boarding or entry, for which Tourtastic Travels is not liable.

Changes & Modifications: Any changes requested after booking may result in additional fees, subject to availability and supplier policies. Tourtastic Travels will assist in facilitating changes but cannot guarantee modifications without costs.

Liability: Tourtastic Travels acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, changes, or disruptions caused by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, or other providers.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This insurance can provide crucial protection against various unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and even situations necessitating a change in travel agents. It's important to review the policy details to ensure it covers potential non-refundable costs and penalties associated with such changes.
